Bistec de Pedazos (Beef with Chili Gravy)
 with Chipotle Mashed Potatoes 

Tender bites of roast cooked in a chili gravy with mashed  potatoes that are full of roasted garlic and chipotle flavor. Not super spicy but there is definitely a little kick.

Serve this with roasted corn or tortillas or a nice lime and chili slaw. 

DIRECTIONS: Thaw meat and uncover. Heat slowly, stirring gently. Thaw potatoes and heat. Add milk to fluff. Serve meat over potatoes.
