Potato Soup
Creamy broth and potatoes, blended until mostly smooth, flavored with onions, parsley, and butter (my favorite)!
Small feeds 1 (ish) $7
Medium feeds 2 to 3 $15
IDEAS FROM THE CHEF:
Serve with bacon bits, shredded cheese, green onions,... I cook some green peas and mix them in for a little added nutritional value and texture… or eat it all by itself.
DIRECTIONS: Thaw and heat slowly. Don't let this boil. If you need to thin, add milk or water.
